I’m a compassionate and authentic therapist who uses evidenced-based treatments. Partnering with adolescents, young adults, and parents to set goals, improve lives, reduce symptoms, and affirm identity is the foundation of all my work. I am behaviorally trained and experienced in providing a variety of treatments shown by research to be effective for anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, and emotion dysregulation:

  • Cognitive behavior therapy (CBT)

  • Exposure and response prevention (ERP)

  • Trauma-focused cognitive behavior therapy (TF-CBT)

  • Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT)

I collaborate with family members, schools, and healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists and physicians as needed and requested to provide collaborative, well-rounded care.
